My little boy, Matthew Zane, arrived on Tuesday night - a week earlier than expected. He weighed in at 3485g (7lb 11oz). He is just the most gorgeous wee thing. I had one night at National Womens because they had to check his blood sugar levels due to me developing gestational diabetes. Everything was fine though & we transferred to birthcare the next day. Birthcare is the most fantastic place. The midwives there are so supportive. We ended up having 4 nights there because on the day we were due to come home, they decided he looked a bit too jaundiced, so he spent a night having light therapy. He's fine now though & it's great to be home & enjoying spending time with him! ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">
