Yes! Once when the gremlins were in hospital I was using their stupid pump and the bottle didn't click on properly and I lost about 150ml all over the floor!
I even used to get cross if they left 20ml in the bottom of their bottles after a feed lol coz that milk was soooo hard earnt!
And don't even get me started on th 6l we had to pour down the sink when we realised they were allergic to it

DH dropped a feeding tube of colustrum (~5mls) when feeding Eimear in NICU. He was so upset I didn't have the heart to give out to him.

My DH tipped out 200ml once cos it had "separated and gone two colours"
He felt really bad when I shook another bottle that had "separated" and it all miraculously went back to normal!
Strangely enough, he didn't do that again

I had so much milk when I was feeding Ella that I didn't think twice about dumping it, but then when I was feeding Benjy I had a really hard time expressing a reasonable amount. One night I dropped 150mls of it when I was screwing the teat on and burst into tears!

It's worse when your DH gets some out of the fridge to give to a hungry bubba, takes what he wants and leaves the rest sitting on the bench until morning rather than not being lazy and putting the rest back in the fridge

Yep my DH poured 120ml down the sink after a feed one night as 'she'd had enough'. Hmmm all 60mls of it. Sure enough she wanted more about an hour later - right when I was expressing
I dropped 50ml over me, Rowan and the carpet when she was about 6weeks old and screaming about her nappy rash. That was the only time I joined her in the bawling.
