Chammomile tea. Warm milk. Warm bath with lavendar bubble bath (try the baby bedtime bath). Rescue remedy. Lie on a lavendar filled pillow.
You could try a long walk followed by all of the above in turn and if that doesn't work..... sorry, you're stuffed. -------------

I think I might be stuffed :P Chammomile gives me the runs, i'm allergic to lavender, I dont fit in the bath and walking is too painful! LOL. But i'm sure your list will help some of the others who I know arent sleeping well :D Oh and the milk/rescue remedy didnt seem to work (if only I could have a drop of whiskey in that milk like mum used to give me lol) ------------- Alex, Thomas and Lily http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

Oh, bugger! I'm currently doing a financial reconciliation report which sends me off to sleep  . Maybe you could go to the local library and get yourself the latest issue of NZ Financial Times. -------------

Baileys in a big glass of milk - very low alcohol content, big flavour, helps me sleep when its this bad.
