Sounds fantastic! Some tips for you...
Noumea rocks....make sure you take a wonder through coconut square and also book on a local bus tour, don't book the ship ones, the local ones are cheaper!! If you get a chance, check out the French Boutique side of town, expensive but gorgous...espcially Oi Bebe!. Still some bargins to be had on the local "chinatown" side as well, just dig through the stuff there. I got some gorgy tops!!!!
Isle of Pines, try the bourgna they will have on the beach, best to stick with the fish but it is devine!
Mystery Island is gorgeous, you'll be able to pick up some gorgeous stuff at the little markets, just dig around for the more authentic stuff and for some good bargins on souveniers.
You'll have a blast!!!

Yup...the one we picked did. When you get off the ship you will go through a tourism type building...there will be a ton of local tour operators offering thier different tours, several of them went to the aquarium (which by the way is world class!!!!!!!). The entry for the aquarium was included in the tour. Just check out all the options when you get off the ship, they are all pretty competitive.

Oh and if you want your passport stamped you can do just take your passport with you when you go onshore...Ilse of Pines and Noumea both will stamp your passport shoreside.
