Has anyone else felt totally hormonal and like their whole system is out of sync after a miscarriage?
Last test my hcg was down to 5 so not zero but pretty low. But for the past weeks I've had a constant hormonal headache, hormonal bloating, sugar cravings, fatigue, mood swings etc.
Everything just feels too hard at the moment and that is very uncharacteristic for me.
I feel really REALLY isolated, teary, and hormonal most of the time and it feels like the world is going on and I'm stuck in a little hole (except for Elle and things with her a great, she is a real joy).
Kinda feels like I'm using all my energy just to stay on top of the moutain of things that I have to do...just exsisting, not thriving.
Did you do anything to get your system back into balance e.g. detox, supplements etc? Any ideas?

I had it a bit but not as bad as you by the sounds. Since then I've been having my own time in the evening of going to bed and reading a book from about 8:30. It's helped keep me sane. Now I feel pretty normal (though sleep deprived at the mo)

I've only just had my D & C and my hormones are all over the place which is not like me and it was not like this after my first D & C. I just can't be bothered with anything. I need to have a good cry but it hasn't happened yet so maybe I will feel better after that. My biggest concern is that I will be 41 next month and the biological clock is well and truely ticking. My chances are conceiving are harder and MC is higher so at the moment it all seems like doom and glome.

Hugs Linda. Recovering is a process in every respect.
