Decided I would start up a separate thread so those of you who are NOT up-to-date with the episodes as they screen in Aussie won't have it spoiled for you in the Daily Chat thread. NZ is about 3 weeks behind I believe.
Sooo for those of you who are watching it currently, what do you think of the storylines at the moment? I think Aden & Belle will get together ....can so see that happening ...Nicole will be jealous and try to interfere. Melody obviously slept with Axel ....and I'm leaning more towards the idea that it was rape or against her will (same thing). She MIGHT end up pregnant? ...or end up committing suicide ...I don't think they have had this happen before, or at least to a female character. Grr her mother annoys me so much, I could NEVER try and shelter my daughter like that, she is treating her like a prisoner in her own home. Martha's baby will end up being Romans ...it's Martha, nothing is ever smooth sailing for her & Jack. Well those are just a few of my thoughts. I'm loving Roman & Jeff's characters at the moment. I can't wait for K & K to come back into it...I agree about Martha and Jack, so many dramas, just let them be for awhile!
I could see something happening last night between Aden and Belle... Does Nicole stay? She annoys me at the moment! I am loving that Rachael and Tony are engaged

Dan died in a rockclimbing accident over in America. He died trying to save the life of another boy.
That boy survived, and his father came over to Summer Bay to talk to Leah and he gave her a large sum of money to say Thank you, which is how she managed to afford to re-open the Diner & The Den. ------------- Single Mum to a darling wee boy of 3 years :) |

they did the same trick with Dan as they did with Beth, kill them off without us seeing it was them (in other words the actors wanted out a long time ago and this just finished it off nicely )
Kane was on a KFC ad Steph , all i remember is him with his hands over his gf's eyes and leading her onto the balcony and saying "ta da !" at the food Ha the Martha pregnancy "gosh whos the father" storyline has been done before, with Hayley , Scott and Kim. The bad boy (Aden) story line with the "nicer" girl has also been done before, with Kirsty and Kane. Ric wasnt such a nice guy when he was first on it, back when he was Dalby, his father abused him too. So i read that there was some fire and they think Alf is dead, but he isn't , he comes back and has "terrible news" for them.Dont know what though |

Annies character reminds me of eeyore as well, lol!! I think its the lng hair flopping over her face/eyes like his ears do and her DUH nature,,,, I love Jaz, I have to say. Not really the character, but I think the actress plays her well. FFS I'm sick of the martha jack BS I wish Colleen and Morag would head off with some aliens and never come back. Leah and Miles, can see that a MILE off, although there will be some flirtation with Roman as well, methinks. Rick needs a haircut. Nicole is a beetch. What I didn't get was how upset Roman and Irene got about the old diner falling apart - it was all what are going to do, it's all over etc etc. Like do they run a business without insurance???? Oh and I'm assuming the Melody/Axel thing hasn't happened here yet......'cos I don't think I'd missed that much. But Martha's pregnancy so doesn't surprise me - as you all said nothing but dramas there. And does anyone else think the way Nicole talks is a bit weird? I think that's how Nicole's character is meant to be. She SO REMINDS me of Paris Hilton (rich snooty b*tch) ...ugh! But she does liven the place up a bit.

Kane raped her sister and then Kirsty and Kane got together it was a big scandal at the time. Then he got done for something (I can't remember what) and Kirsty was pregnant so they ran away and that was the last we heard. They used to live with Irene. |

Dinner needs to be cooked and DH is home by 5.30 so I sometimes mis parts of episodes. Luckily I am often able to catch the 11am replay the next day! Although I am looking forward/hoping for Martha and Jack to finally be happy and normal (well as close as they can be to normal on a soap!) I did quite like Martha and ???? (bloody nappy brain!! whats-his-name, the new guy, chef at the diner????, anyway Martha and him together------------- Lindsey

There was a rumor a while ago that Bec Cartwright who played the original Hayley was coming back for a six week stint on the show, but havent heard anything else about it since. (sorry, i mean Bec Hewitt, she married Lleyton Hewitt the tennis star and has a very cute daughter Mia with him) I watched the funniest thing, it was a clip on youtube from1988, a clip when Morag and Colleen first met-ah the hair , what a crack up ! Kane was arrested for something his dad did |

Omg anyone see the new episode where Geoff approaches axel re: Melody being sexually assaulted/violated??? I love angry Geoff- something about his character being angry/rough gets me going lol

They tried to put a warped picture of the principle up as the screen savers on all the school computers and it crashed the system.....something like that i was watching and cooking dinner at the same time so i might have missed a bit too.
