Lately i have been having trouble sleeping, due to my hips and pelvis being so sore, my midwife suggested that i fold up a duvet and put it under the sheet on my side of the bed to make a soft nest, and boy was it nice and soft, and i actually slept quite well. (mind you it doesnt help that our mattress is really hard) which i like just not at the moment.
