HELP - Oli's Tiny Love Symphony in Motion mobile has suddenly stopped working....yikes!!!! Oli loves listening to it and watching all the little animals twirl around for his daytime sleeps.....

I have no idea why its not working, its not that old (think we have had it for about 5mths) all I did was change the batteries...and now its not working. I have checked the obvious, and cant figure it out. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Is those things still underneath warranty as it is not a year old yet? I will inquire about it.

We would very occasionally have this happen at work, often found the type of batteries made a difference (like a good quality alkaline brand), otherwise take it back where you got it and the supplier can send replacement motor (unless they have changed how they do things etc), though don't hold our breath getting it quickly as supplier is a bit slow in that department. If you have no luck through shop purrchased from you could try the supplier direct.

Our Tiny Love mobile did the same thing. Took it back to the shop and they sent it away and it came back 4 days late and they had replaced the music box and now it works perfectly thank god!!!
