Had my scan this morning and baby has a very tiny heartbeat! It's amazing to think that this time last week all we could see was a sac, and in those few short days baby has developed and the heart has started beating.

Thanks ladies!
Jess - she didn't measure teh heart rate, but she said it was "nice and fast". To be honest she was in a bit of a rush I think, she let me see bubs on the screen once and then turned it around to do the measurements and I couldn't see it anymore. Shelley - I will post some pics when I get them. They didn't have a doctor there this morning to write the report so they will post me the report and pics hopefully by tomorrow. ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

Great news Emma. It s so reassuring seeing a little heartbeat going aye. I never found out bubs heartrate till last week when I had to ask midwife, but she could only give an estimate cos bubs kept moving away. Cant wait to see scan pics.
