HI everyone. Was in bed all day yesterday with the worst migraine. Hurt so badly when I had to get up to go the toilet(like every hour)

It lasted two days and now my head is feeling really heavy.

Is there really nothing anyone can do to help ease pain.  Midwife says its normals but it cant be normal to be this bad. I even almost went to hospital to see what they could do. Be4 pregnancy I had to go to hospital regulary for treatment. Im not sleeping because of the pain, its ridiculous.

I never want to go through this again

When I get migranes (oddly I didn't get one when I was preggaz!) I take 2 nurofen and 2 panadol but I am pretty sure you can't take Nurofen while Preggaz...
Even though it hurt , when I went to sleep then woke up (usually 1 - 12 hours!) it would be gone...
Sorry chick, I know how you feel and they suck!!

*Hugs*

Im the same, Suffer from megga migranes but only got the odd headache while preggers, very weird. I would maybe try and oestopath. There are some pressure points in hands and feet that can releive migraine but not sure if its okay do do so while preggers so best to ask the experts.
