Lets actually see what we have consumed so far. Perhaps this will keep me on the straight and narrow for longer.
Just edit your message each time when you add something. That way it is easier to keep track.

Water with the pill
forgot breakfast as I was on the run to Playcentre. (woke up a bit late)
Lunch: 1 slice toast with apricot jam, Yogurt
1 Glass of water.
1 cup viena coffee
1 glass water
Spaghetti bolognaise with spinach and cottage cheese and leaf salad.

I'm baaaaaad.
Breakfast - a coffee (2 sugars and milk)
Morning tea - large soy mocha (with 2 sugars)
Lunch - small pack of salt & vinegar chips (like you get in the Multipacks)
Dinner is going to be roast pork (with crackling!!!) and roast veges, then apple crumble for dessert.

snack: cheese scone, 1x butter, cup of tea with lite milk, glass water
lunch: homemade tomato soup, two slices of french bread, small slice home made pizza

Ummm I can't remember that far back..
2 milos, 2 peices of buttered toast, folic acid, vit c, glass of milk, lots of water... some popcorn and now tinned pears.

Breakfast: All-bran, yoghurt and stewed apple, two slices of toast with vegemite, glass of milk
Lunch: Curried mung beans, two slices of bread, a banana.
Snack: an apple and a white chocolate brownie.
Drinks: two cups of tea and four glasses of water.
For dinner I'm having chicken quesadillas.
Now I've written it down it seems like a awful lot!

Breakfast: bowl of Hubbards cereal and coffee
Morning tea (15 minutes after breakfast): chocolate cake
Lunch: minestrone soup and chocolate cake

1 bar of caramello chocolate
2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toast for dinner

Ok heres me today, pretty much the same as yesterday and will probably be the same tomorrow - exciting Huh
Breakfast: Honey on toast and 2 weetbix with milk and sugar.
Lunch: Cheese and Pineapple toasted sandwich, and Water.
Afternoon tea: 1 EA chocolate chip biscuit (lets hope it only stays 1 before dinner.
Dinner: (which I'm about to start cooking) will be sausages and vegie stirfry with Mashed Potato and spinach...mmmm
oh yeah and 4 rows of cadbury black forest chocolate
ETA: 2 more Biscuits and 2 more rows of Chocolate(and thats not bad for me)

Ok grant me this, I have a cold and decided to go back to bed for a short while... which i slept far longer than intended.
Breakfast 0700hrs this morning:
bowl of cocoa pops with full milk and peaches
big glass of water
snackers bite bar about 0830 while hanging out washing
plate of 6 snax crackers with colby cheese on them at 3.30ish. with a large glass of orange juice
ETA: dinner, sausage rolls x3, honeyed carrots, and four cheese pasta (can you tell we are the day before shopping day?)
I reckon when i'm sick and/or doing night shift and sleep the day away - i do my best weight loss efforts. lol. but no, that's naughty, i should eat more.

Lunch - 2 x cheese/mushroom toasties and water
now - some homemade custard left over from Leahs dinner and a bottle of water
Dinner - will be cottage pie left over from last night and probably more water!
Don't really drink much other than water (unless i'm out and have an iced chocolate!)

oh gosh ok this was a baaad day for me
Breakfast:
Complan with oat milk
Lunch:
Muesli bar
Pretzels dipped in peanut butter (yes I know. I just thought I'd give it a try and it was surprisingly yummy)
Other:
2 cups of tea with oat milk
carrot baby food left overs
kumara baby food that I've just made.
2 bottles of pump water
Dinner - will probably be stirfry

Today was McDonalds Monday.. so Filet o fish combo AND chicken tenders for lunch

Well I got home from work at 3.30am this morning slept got up 7.30am to help DH gets kids ready for daycare slept till 11.30
So lunch was $5 snack pack from KFC at 2pm
Dinner was homemade Carbonara
couple drinks of fruit juice
Oh and cant forget the 2or3 pieces of chocloate :)
You all seem to get healthly way to go

I had chocolate milk and a scone for breakfast.
Hot chips from the mean man at Pizza Hut for lunch and I've snacked on mandarins through out the day.
For dinner I expelled instead of consumed so I've just had a couple of pieces of chocolate for dessert..

It's been a weird day here coz I spent most of it in hospital, but so far I've had...
Breakfast of 4 slices of toast with canola spread and marmite and a hot chocolate at 7.30am
Then nothing till I left the hospital at 5pm when I crammed down a blueberry muffin coz I was starving.
And when I got home a bowl of moroccan lamb casserole out of the slow cooker.
I am busy having visions of the mint slice bickies in the freezer so will prob have a couple (or four ) of those with a hot choc for supper.

Man, we don't go shopping till tomorrow, so all i get is the option of gingerbread ice-cream.. which is nice, but gets old very quickly.

I tend to give it a generous sprinkling of choclate chips to break up the "ginger" taste. Might be a good indulgeance for those with morning sickness... all the ice-cream they want with ginger for the nausea. lol

That gingerbread icecream is yummy but by the time you've got 1/2 through the tub (not all in one night!) it's time for a new flavour.
Now.... someone please come on after me and post at least as much as I have eaten today. Because this is normal amounts for me and I have an office job! Somebody, pleeeeease?
Breakfast: Burnt the rice pudding so had left-over casserole dinner instead, and a banana smoothie
Morning tea: Two cheese & onion muffins, and 1/3 cup trail mix
Lunch: Salad (mesculun, baby spinach leaves, small tomato, some cheese pieces) and a small piece of banana cake
Afternoon tea: 3 more small pieces of banana cake!
Pre-dinner: Corn cruskit
Dinner: Mince stew
Supper: Banana smoothie (we have some really soft ones to use up, also I had to make a peace offering to DH after having a bit of a yell at him tonight - all better now!)
Have only drunk water today, at least 2 litres

Wow you ladies don't eat much! Gosh I must be such a piglet! I eat loads. Today I have had less than usual and have had:
Porridge with cinnamon, fruit, nuts and seeds
Latte
Spiralina drink (I still have a cold so had this as a treat)
Cup tomato soup
Wholegrain roll with Surimi
Banana
Mandarin
( I would usually also have a nut bar here)
Mochalatte
Steak with a baby spinach and avocado salad
Wholegrain toast with almond butter
And i'm about to have a timtam!
I eat so much food

Breakfast: Porridge
Morning Tea: 4 dried apricots/4 brazil nuts and a banana
Lunch: Homemade vege soup
Afternoon Tea: 4 corn thins (2 with mayo & ham, 2 with cheese & ham)
Dinner: Sheperds Pie
Drinks: 1.5 Litre Water, 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of coffee,I cup of decaf, 1 glass of coke zero, I glass of Juice
Wow, when I write down my drinks its hard to believe I had 1 cup of tea and 1 glass of coke zero when i was pregnant. I really drink A LOT!!!!
Tomorrow I am going to replace 2 coffees with water!!! (maybe)

I normally eat more but I got sent to hospital at lunchtime and sat on a monitor for 4 hours so the first chance I got to eat was a muffin at 5pm. Normally I would have a couple of ham and cheese or tuna toasties with a hot choc.

2 mini pita breads with avo.

I diet lemon, lime & soda.
I mini bag of popcorn.

After work (movies)
I glass of wine
I diet coke
handful of popcorn
I choc top
Dinner
1 chicken tender!
Sip of coke zero!
This is by far the worst I have eaten in a while (Miserable Monday)

Yeah I should point out that I usually eat far more than I did today but I basically spent the whole day in bed:
a) trying to kick the last of this cold
b) because it was a horrible wet Monday
