Remember to just edit your post when you add something. This is definately keeping me a bit more in check.

Water pill.
Porridge with sugar (slappap)

And another glass of water.

3 teaspoons full of yogurt (M fed me what can I say.) One slice of kiwi and then a small portion of last nights bolognaise dish.

1 glass water.

3 cookies that we baked (I should really not have had them.) And most propably will have when hubby gets home two.

Dinner: Roast chicken with patatoes, carrots and cauliflower with cheese sauce.

Glass of water.

Will have a cup of tea tonight.

Ha ha just had a few more cookies so guess I dont get the good badge today. Ai guess I start over tomorrow again.

SMoody, have you tried having your porridge with honey instead of sugar? I reckon it tastes much nicer.

I didn't add to it yesterday because we had a staff morning tea and I pigged out but I'm back to my normal diet today so here goes.

Breakfast:  a cup of Be Happy herbal tea and porridge with sliced banana made with calcitrim milk (Shirena rather than sugar I usually add a banana, dried fruit or sugar free jam to my porridge for sweetness)

Morning tea: a cup of tangy lemon herbal tea and a small fruity oat slice, 1 apple and 1 kiwifruit

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 kiwifruit, a few sour cream and sweet chilli rice wafer thins and a cup of green tea

Also several glasses of water.

Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise which I pulled out of the freezer this morning (the bolognaise sauce is home made from scratch with lots of tomatos, garlic, onion and spinach in the mince served with gluten free spaghetti and topped with a bit of parmesan cheese). Followed by 1/2 small apple, 1/2 kiwifruit, a small handful of grapes and a mandarin.

I don't use sugar or honey in my porridge...I use brazilian mix (it is a whole load of little pieces of dried fruit with almonds), sunflower seeds and loads of cinanmon. Yum!

Coke Zero for breakfast Mel? I love it! Even *I* am not that much of an addict!

I'm not telling what I've eaten today, it's naughty. Well not too bad, toast for breakfast and ham and cheese toasties for lunch, but it's the mint slice bickies that let me down...

Dinner is going to be cottage pie.

Go Kellz you healthy thing!

My cottage pie smells yummy, I put those McCains potato roaster thingies on top instead of mash for change, and put broccoli, carrot, corn and peas in the mince mixture so it's a one pot meal.
