I'm thinking of hiring a bouncy castle for Alex's birthday party, chiefly to keep the older kids entertained and give them something to do other than rampage through our tiny house

Dad used to own one - probably still does but god knows if he knows where it is. Try these guys, Catering and Amusements, ask for Tania. She is a bit abrupt but very reliable! These people are fantastic. We hired one for Sam's birthday party and it was $75 for the weekend! Came with everything you needed to run it and was a great bouncy castle!!!
