Hey all. Went to midwife today and she said to try gastrolyte  for migraine?? Gonna give it a go. Apparently another lady who suffered migraines tried it and her migraines were minimised greatly.

Will give anything ago.

Oh yeah she also said try aspirin, but ive read on packets not good for pregnancy. Anyone got an opinion on  that??

makes sense i guess cos part of the reason you get headaches and presumably migraines is dehydration.
Not sure about asprin but I know you can take panadol

Thanks for the Gastrolyte hint! I've been told to just say no to asprin while pregnant, but panadol's OK. I must remember to take the stuff that actually works from the old days out of my handbag in case I accidentally reach for it in a moment of desperation!
