my husband starts his new job around 21st of july althugh his last day at his current job is 15 August he is using the last 3 weeks as leave..so for about 2-3 weeks he will be getting 2 lots of pay so we should have a decent amount of money for a bit.
It looks like overtime is compensated with time in lieu but he has more opportunity to move up unlike his current job where he is at the top of his salary range and nowhere to move up to. ------------- http://lilypie.com">
