Hey Ladies,

Just wondering if anyone else has experience a flemmy cough while pregnant. Its pretty much been there for a few months now and i also sneeze alot. Do you think this is just part of pregnancy??

Im not feeling sick or anything as in flu/cold sick.

I have that Kell and i think that is why i am sick in the mornings because of the build up of flem over the night.

I have also been sneezing more than i usually do.

I think it might be pregnancy but see what other people say.

I had that last time, and got it again now... really annoying! I find that keeping a bottle of water by my bed helps, and I have a sip from it whenever I wake to keep my mouth moist, which helps me to cope first thing in the morning - my mouth isn't as full of yucky flem.

Yup - I too get really sneezy and more "phlegmy" than usual. It's got something to do with our immune systems semi-shutting down during pregnancy (so our bodies don't try and reject the baby). One of the many joy's of pregnancy

Just be quite careful that you don't end up getting a chest infection. If it is bad you might want to see a doctor.

I get the same thing, gross as it sounds I actually have to keep a container next to the bed to spit into at night as if I swallow it it makes me vomit worse.
