Afternoon Ladies,
Can anyone help me, I would like to know of other ways to predicte ovulation.
I have been charting my temp every morning, checking my body fluid. I purchased a my baby test kit. For some reason nothing is giving me an accurate reading.
Any suggestions?

i know its not really comon but you can feel a small (hopefully) sharpish pain on one side really low down, just inside thebit where your pelvis sticks out. if that makes sence. maybe try OPK's?

I track ov with CM only and bd'd every day this cycle from CD8 to CD18. I think as long as you are bding regularly, that's the impt thing.

Good luck!

Have you had a day 21 progesterone blood test to check that you are actually ovulating?

Wicked cramps, increase in CM, and heightened randiness - sure signs of OV!

Hi Carrie, no I have not done a blood test. You do suggest that?

Well it might put your mind at rest that you are actually ovulating. Then you know its just the tests that are playing up and not you.
Ask your Dr if you can have one. It certainly won't hurt. I've had one done.
