Does anyone know if infant Dimetapp can be safely given in conjunction with either pamol or infant nurofen?

I know pamol & nurofen are fine together, but not sure about whether Dimetapp is ok with either of them.

Ask you chemist, although they don't reccomend Dimetapp for under 2's...

Oh really? I've just moved back from Australia and brought our bottle of Dimetapp with us. It's just over the counter for under twos there

The purple infant drops are fine for under twos but it is prescription only here in NZ.
I've never given it in conjunction with Pamol or Nurofen though, ask your pharmacist or call Healthline 0800 611 116 and they'll be able to tell you.
Good luck!

I have given the purple dimetapp with pamol, a few hours apart though and that was for my 2 year old.  The  pharmacist said it was ok, but if you are unsure it would pay to check since your bubs is younger  Hope your wee man is feeling better soon, we are all sick here and its no fun!
