I haven't had it but I am having the same sort of thing done when i turn 30. I am getting it all ripped out due to issues with the baby oven and the rest. I think Annie (fattartsrock) had it done, and I think someone else has just had it done to. Have a search and I think you will find a recent post. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

I think it would depend on the surgeon as it if it will be keyhole. With improvements to surgery they may be able to do it like that now. They do endo removal by keyhole now - you get 4 cuts but better than one big one - so could be possible. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Yep tubal ligation is now done thru key hole surgery with everything they remove sent down thru the vagina instead of cutting the abdomen open just to get it out. The open wounds will be the 3 holes from laparoscopy for the surgery ------------- http://lilypie.com">

That's why mum made dad get the snip, the cheeky priest at their church at the time said mum should get her tubes tied coz she wasn't Catholic and so it wouldn't be against the church, whereas if Dad got the snip it went against the no contraception thing.
