Hehe you're all right! Gees, Becks, I can hardly believe that you remember my cycle - how embarrassing!!! Yup 4 weeks pregnant (as of last Tuesday). We held onto our news from Tuesday night through to this morning while we got our heads around it. We've been looking forward to getting pg with #4 for a while and in some ways getting pg has been a huge relief that I can actually get pg! (Have finally sorted out a year of medical problems.) But also that 2yrs 3mos between #3 and #4 is still close enough for sibling stuff.

Janine, I'd love your cot but we also love our money and therefore will keep our old one LOL

Thanks for all the congrats! I really just wanted to see how long it would take you all ROFL. And this is my first chance on OB since I got home from work. (DH, DD2 and DD3 have ear/sinus infections so the household is rather miserable tonight!)

Yay, that's fantastic news T!  I'm so happy for you and a teeny wee bit jealous, I've only got DH to agree to 3 kids so far... but I'm working in it.

Now you get to go through the um....er.... joys of trying to find something to eat that's safe during pregnancy and gluten free - good luck with that!  (it's not that bad really, complan, potatos and rice crackers are brilliant when you have MS and preggy pops are GF or at least they were when I checked).

I hope you have a really easy, happy and healthy 8 months ahead.

Teresa - congrats again. Just wanted to say my cousin is gluten intolerant and found during pregnancy that she has been able to eat a lot of 'normal' food. Same with me with my IBS, I could eat pretty much anything. Shame it doesn't last though, when you give birth you go back to normal.

Anyway yay and for the 4th. And I wonder how I'm going to handle two!

But if you do have coeliacs like me eating gluten can cause miscarriage so I wouldn't risk it.

I was just teasing you anyway. I'd only been recently diagnosed when I got pregnant (well about 1 year before) and I didn't find it any harder than a gf diet at any other time.

eta: and the products available now are even better, did you know you can buy gluten free cannelloni tubes?

To answer you all - I'll be due 25 March, which incidentally is the anniversary of two dates:
(a) my grandmother's birthday, (she died last year), which I think is pretty special
and
(b) The day I broke my foot in 2007 Not repeating that!!

Oh and I just realised that our kids will be born in
2003
2005
2007
2009

How organised is that!!

Re gluten-free, I recently had to do a challenge for the dr (to confirm) and only lasted 3 days before I was too sick to work at my desk, even. So I won't be trying any cheats with that. Pg makes you feel sick enough at times!! Eating gf on pg is no different, just need more often (which I have found already). It's a good think that I just love corn crackers LOL
