Just thought I would share this recipe I found, soooo easy, older kids could help make it. And it only takes 10 mins plus chilling time! And it only requires what most of us have in our cupboards 
1/3 c sugar 1/4 c baking cocoa 3 tblspn cornflour pinch of salt 2 c milk 1 tsp vanilla essence Combine sugar, cocoa, cornflour and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk and mix until smooth. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 mins and stir. Microwave in 1 minute lots stirring after each minute until thick (mine only took total of 5 mins in all). Stir in vanilla, pour into serving dishes and chill until cold. YUM! -------------
