I just did it according to the pack instructions but reserved the mushrooms until an hour before serving and the sour cream until 10 mins before serving.
It was yummy and really nice and thick too.

I am the same as Mel, I just folow the packet instructions. I always use frozen meat so usually put it on in the morning (by about 9/10am) and leave it on low all day

I just made this last night and it worked out really well! I thought I had a Maggi packet but it has gone missing, so I found a recipe online and used that instead:

I used my packet and it was really yummy, will be doing that again. I found it was so much more creamier than when it is done in the oven.
