Sorry, not sure how to help... I have down days like that too. Make sure your husband knows how you feel, and what's upsetting you... I've told Nat that I need to hear how he feels about me even more often now that ever. Communication is really important, cause men-type-folk like to fix problems, so giving them practical things to do (like telling us what we need to hear!) helps them to feel like they can actually help us.

i have had a few bad weeks, feeling really down, like REAALLLLY down, just wanting to sleep, not get out of bed, just feeling really pointless and dejected. Saturday I woke up at 7.30, didnt get out of bed till 1.30, and that was to open the door for someone who had come to visit. I juts didnt want to do anything! I have put it down to hormones and hopefully things will get better, but I know how you feel. It's hard.

BIG HUGS! i am going through the exact same thing, in fact i nearly posted something the other day.
the last few days have been better for me but all weekend i was in tears.
mine is mostly over finance which is sooooo tight at the moment and its got me so worried about how i am going to manage with another baby (and feeling like i shouldnt be preg! argh that sux)
hubby's are great though, mine has been wonderful, but i think he's been getting sick of me being constantly changeable moody teary... i dont think a guy can ever understand, but as long as we let them know how we are feeling i think that must help a bit.
i dont know what else to say, but hang in there. you arent alone we are all here for ya!
take care

Thanks ladies i just feel strange i even end up calling mum who lives 8 hours away balling my eyes out lol Cory was really good yesterday came home with a movie i had wanted to see for ages and chocolate and he gave me a leg massage and lots of cuddles hehe
Just sucks that we can see how much our hubbys love us but pregnancy hormones try to make us think they dont?! I think maybe it has something to do with needing them more since there is less we can do as we get bigger and the baby relies on us more to.
Thanks girls its really good and nice to know there is a really good support here

hey jezsika, i can relate. some days lately anything will set me off bawling. your husband sounds like a real sweetie. its hard for them to understand i guess. we're completely at the mercy of our hormones while we're pregnant and there is no way they can ever know what its like.
my midwife reccomended eating foods with lots of b vitamins in to help combat the depressed moods. marmite or vegemite was on the list so if ella agrees maybe eat lots of toast? my hubby was there when she told me this so whenever i'm being particularly irrational he asks if i want some toast
hope you're feeling brighter soon!

AAAWWW Sweetie big hugs. I went through this when I was about your stage in my pregnancy. I was so worried he was having it away with any and everyone, I actually bailed up one of his friends (a woman) and told her to "BACK OFF GET YOUR OWN BOYFRIEND" When she called and asked him to help her and her boyfriend out with putting up a fence!!!! ANyhow, after that little incident, I ended up having a big heart to heart with him, and then my midwife aobut it.. apparently it IS normal! Take care of yourself, chicky

aww thanks chicka! I was being really paranoid that his ex had contacted him coz she really tried to get him back before we were married etc but he swears he hasnt heard from her so that is good and all that jazz, i feel a little left out sometimes coz he loves going to the gym etc and so does out flatmate (female) and they always talk about protein shakes etc and go to the gym together and i just feel left out coz im not allowed to do anything vigourous due to my back and hip but he does come to the pool with me.

Hey...hope you feel better today. I know how you feel as I went thru the same thing at the similar stage. Trust me it will pass. But let your hubby know that this is how you feel and that it is due to your hormones ....so he can be that extra bit nice and understanding.
Big Hugs
