How much can I take?? I have taken a Sudafed tablet at 10am and it had 500mg of it in it, but now my head is pounding and I want to take some more can I?? ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

| I'd just take the normal dose. I figure if you're taking the Sudafed every 4 hours that will be 2. If you take Panadol now you'd be due for another dose around 4ish, so it should be fine. |
