How much can I take??

I have taken a Sudafed tablet at 10am and it had 500mg of it in it, but now my head is pounding and I want to take some more can I??

I'd just take the normal dose. I figure if you're taking the Sudafed every 4 hours that will be 2. If you take Panadol now you'd be due for another dose around 4ish, so it should be fine.

Yeah take some and also have a dose of brufen if you have some as both can be taken together and they usually stops the pounding in its track..
