I've just packed up all of Benjy's old clothes, from birth through to now.
Dh's aunty was telling me about one of her clients who has just had a wee boy and has absolutely nothing for him, so I offered to go through our old gear for her.
I couldn't help but get a bit teary, saying goodbye to all the tiny newborn gear. I know I don't want another baby but the finality of getting rid of it for good is a bit harder than I expected.
I know its very sooky of me to get upset over clothes, and I'm glad that I can give them to someone who will be really grateful and really needs them, I just feel sad that those days are gone for good and I figure that some of you on here are bound to understand!

On a brighter note, my hall closet where it was all being stored is now looking so organised and spectacularrrr

Yeah, it is hard isn't it. I have sold some maternity stuff on TM and it was a bit sad to pop it in the post.

I'm sure we all go through that. I've gone through sooo many baby clothes to pass back to the SIL when she had her boy this year, and dismantling the cot as it's going to a cousin in law who's due in October. I've got a box full of things that I want to keep, and loads of baby blankets. If I could I would keep everything but since it'll be a couple years before any more bubbies come, and because I have no garage I have no where to store it all. Oh well just means I can go baby shopping all over again when the time comes!!

I have sorted Rhyleys clothes and took photos but not put them on trademe yet (although its a time thing more than anything)
I have cleared his valco changing table already to sell but haven't done it yet... having doubts at the mo even though I know (unless a whoopsy) that we aren't having any more.
