I have been breastfeeding for the past 4 months, and have been lying down, not sitting up. I am starting to feel a bit guilty for not sitting up more and feeding (I can do it), just like lying down.

I would suggest you get used to sitting up as there is bound to be occasions where you will not have an opportunity to lay down. Do you always feed at home?
I had used one of those breast feeding pillows for some time and become rather relient on it. So I found it difficult when I had to feed whilst out of the house. I was ok feeding on my left because i could cross my leg as a support but i can't cross the opposite way???!!!!! |

In that case lisha I would do what ever is most comfortable and works for you.
