I write a hugggeeeeeee post and go to enter it and I AM LOGGED OFF grrrrrrrrrrrrr  can anything be done about this???? sorry i fi sound nasty but i had a mean bus driver lady this morn come up anmd tell me I AM VERY RUDE because she said hello to me and i ignored her??!!,I did not ask her to put my pram on the back of the bus and,I did not ask her to take it off once in town.

First off, i did not hear her say hello cos the doors were open and buses engines are kinda loud, secondly are bus drivers THAT BLOODY blind they cant see a damn pushchair at the bus stp when they pul up to pick me up grrrrrrrrr as if i am gunna leave my $500.00 pram on the footpath while i go to town for f**ks sake(sorry  but as u can tell I was REAAALLLLYYYY PISSED at her.any one that has met me knows i would never intentionaly ignore if i had someone say hello to me,and also that i am non-confrontational.Anyways,I go into the mothers room in Downtown, get out my phone and bus timtable and ring the regional council freephone number to lay a complaint about the B***H.I spoke to a lady first off and have a wee meltdown(emotional sukky I am too),she transfers me to the Transit place here in Plamy and repeat what had happened,he apologises and says he will have the driver up about her behaviour.I also said that in the 2-3 yrs i have had a pram and caught the bus(fairly regularly) I had never once had to ask a driver to put my pram on or take it off.He said that i sounded like a regular bus user(which i am cos too lazy to walk hehe).Even he said that bus drivers should see the pram and think "ok that needs to go on the bus"

another thing which pissed me off even more was that the few times i have got the bus, recently, she has been the driver and NEVER said a thing till now

Any way rant over, had to get that off my chest and sorry it went off the topic

Lazy me cut and paste from MSN

"sounds like a bad case of bus driver PMS, i would have told her to get lost and get back to driving the damn bus like she's paid to !!"

Oooh I am such a grumpy witch !

And I dunno about the logging out thing, I think it has it's uses - even though I often get annoyed when I've forgotten to copy a long post and then it gets eaten.

I rmember when those buses started taking me to Massey (there was a changeover) and they were terrible! Sometimes they would just drive straight apast and not pick anyone up! Anyway, the point of me adding my two cents - I ended up complaining and get a ten-ticket free. So try for that!

argh i think i know the exact lady you are meaning. I haven't used the bus since having Ayja cos i never trust them to stick the buggy on properly - the one time i did, they put it on using 1 hook, not both like they are supposed to,(i see this as i get off the bus) and i am seriously surprised that the buggy was still there at the end of the ride. I too have had a fair few times where the bus driver has seen me and gone straight past - most of them were when i was heavily preg and holding a very tired 1 year old after a day of study and daycare. Boy i used to get fuming!

I am really suprised they can be that bad there we have a really bad system up here bus's are not regular and the driver has to always be asked to put the buggy on and they have these huge notes saying they will not except responsibilty for any damage etc.
I deffently think if you are still not happy then you should take it further bus driver's need to learn that Mum's need help with thing's and it is part of the service they should be providing if they don't like then they should find a new job oh yeah and her going nuts at you for not saying hello is totally unprofesional if she was working in a supermarket or something like that she would have been dragged over the coal's for speaking to a coustmer like that. I mean really who does she think she is.

You poor ladies that have to use a bus, i can't imagine having to use a bus with my kids. What a nightmare that would be for me and the rest of the people on the bus
