Hi ladies, I have a pasta bake that calls for 2 x tubs 300ml cooking cream. It's from a NZ magazine, so I guess I should be able to find it. What is this?

I'd say sour cream. You can cook with just ordinary cream but having "tubs" there makes you think of other types. Do they have a phone number on their packaging? -------------  |

In england they have whipping cream / double cream.
