No the one in Christchurch is down a wee street - umm its near the Casino off Victoria Street down towards Merrivale end - let me come back to you with the name as Im rambling!

Give Births, Deaths and Marriages a call. They're in the white pages (at the front in the govt section) and they're really nice and helpful on the phone. They'll tell you exactly where to go and what you need to bring with you

Hmm maybe they have moved from where they were when we got married because I cant find the street name at all.

Thats where they must have moved to last year as in 2005 and 2006 they were down off Victoria Street.

When I did mine I just went in and they had a sign up for marrige licences to go this way.

They are on Hereford St (between Colombo St and Oxford Tce)next to Drexels. Well thats where they were when we got our licence at the end of last year

yep on hereford, opposite the Ibis hotel on about the 6th floor.  Thats were I got ours last year.

Yay we've applied for it :D Had to walk for miles cuz theres never any parking in town, And we had Thomas with us :/ Oh well, all done now :D Just gotta wait for it to arrive here next week sometime and we can get married! yay

Yay! Congrats, that's so exciting. I remember when I got ours, all seemed very real and "soon" all of a sudden I couldn't stop looking at it once I picked it up!
