a duathlon or triathlon will I need to start training. Currently I play netball once a week, and (netball) training once a week.

I would start doing an little bit more now, saw a run/walk twice a day. and then closer to it do more. There are a couple on here that are doing a tri later this year. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

there is a website called www.tir.co.nz and they have a training program on there
