What are these, i know nuts are but i hate nuts lol.

OT:
While i was writing the title the whole I before E except after C popped into my head.. Well not the case for Protein, unless i spelt it wrong lol.

Eggs and cheese are also pretty good for protein.

 

I think the full "i before e" rule is:

i before e except after c unless said as an "ay" as in neighbour and weigh.

Tuna & couscous is something I eat for lunch quite often. But no good if you don't like tuna!

The xtra-calci milk also has a good amount of protein in it.

Meat, or as my nutrionist says, anything that had eyes, is of course high.
Dairy, although not that flash
Eggs
Nuts, seeds

There is also ways you can get protein by combineing vegetable proteins: grains and legumes so corn and beans
Seeds/nuts with legumes such as beans on whole grain toast
vegetables with dairy
vegetables with dairy

And lastly protein powder can work well sometimes as well

Chicken is good, and for low fat go for the breast.
