I am at the moment applying for a job (that the civie army HR person said is pretty much my job) with the Army as a civie. I would like to know if the self evaluation I have done of myself is alright, or if it is too over the top or doesn't have enough in it.

So if you feel like being nice and helping me out. Can you let me know (either leave me a message here or PM me your email) and I will email you the word document to have a look over.

Thanks

I'm in HR and can take a look at it. The best advise I can give is to be honest for any sort of testing/evaluation.

Best of luck Mummy_Becks. I used to work at Defence as a civie - it was fun.

Thanks Pam, it is really the only place I can work up here. Hopefully if I get the job and we move I can get transferred within the Army.
