Clearly the big expensive rehab didn't work. I agree she should be dealt the same punishment as anyone who is charged.

The thing I don't get is why she would be treated any differently than anyone else? Its not like shes famous (well kind of infamous for being a druggy) just that her Dad is. The public humiliation hasn't worked, the rehab hasn't worked- maybe jail would give her the kick up the bum to get herself sorted.
