Hi girls
Just wondering if anyone had ordered anything from the mama2b website and how they would rate the service.
I placed an order 11 weeks ago and the clothing, whilst lovely, did not fit properly. I returned it four weeks ago and have had trouble getting my money refunded. I have spoken with Mandy Barker who said that a refund was not a problem, but its been three weeks now and nothing ... and she won't return any calls.
Starting to wonder what's going on. Would welcome any feedback!

I looked at their website earlier in my pregnancy and took from it that you could only get a credit when you returned something. For that reason I didn't buy anything. Because of the price I wanted to be able to try them on first.
I hope it gets sorted soon for you. It is encouraging that she said a refund would be no problem though.

Just relooked at website and it says:
Please note while we are happy to exchange we do not refund.
I remember finding that really annoying compared to someone like Womama who are so awesome about returns and refunds with no questions asked. It is so hard to be able to predict whether you will like something when your body is a changing shape and I personally think to have good service then refunds should be available and carried out with no hassle.
Good luck.

Thanks Katie
I saw that on their website too, but after talking with Mandy she said that legally they had to refund it the product did not fit correctly.
I guess I'll just wait :O)

Distance trading (internet or telephone) stipulates they have to refund.

Seems like a long time between ordering and the clothing arriving too!
Fingers Crossed it gets sorted but I would keep ringing them every 2-3 days until you get your refund as 4 weeks is really unacceptable!

Well, good news ... I heard yesterday that I would be refunded last night - good outcome for me, Although this has been such a bad online shopping experience from this particular company that I don't imagine I will pursue further purchases.

Great that you are finally getting it. I don't blame you for not using them again.
