I don't know of specific support groups but I do know that our local Plunket family centre runs a PND support morning once every 2 weeks.

There's probably one at your main local plunket as well. You have to be assessed and referred by MMH but your doctor can refer you to them.

You could try rinign plunket Im sure they would be able to give you some numbers?

A friend of mine has started a service called Waiuku families to help people with children, she may be a worth phoning or finding about what they offer

I know Plunket run a course for PND, I would also suggest you ring Plunket.
