Can anyone tell me how I change the format of a video that I've made?
I want to go from a MSWMM to WMV (I think... Whatever format YouTube takes....) I'm absolutely clueless! I want to upload my montage to YouTube so I can show my Dad and other family overseas......... And the rest of the world

You need to download a converter.
Unless you made it on windows movie maker, then theres the option to convert it for use on the web etc if you go to file > Save movie file
