Has anyone used these? With Kylah going to daycare, they change her so often and im going through disposibles like wildfire.

They wont let her go in cloth

So iv been doing a spreadsheet and so far economy seems to be the cheapest. 418 nappies for $81.00 Thats 8-15kg i think.

So anyone used these before. They will just be for day use.

TIA

sounds good to me. I am sure it wont matter if they are getting changed so regularly.

Does that work out to 19c a nappy??? I think the "budget" brand maybe cheaper and as they are changed so often it wouldn't reall matter too much.

I looked at the budget nappies yesterday and they are $5.67 a pack but in Kylahs size you only get 16 in a pack. So it only works out for the same price you would get 224 napies.

maybe you should talk to them.... if they are changing when she doesnt need to be thats a bit unfair.... and maybe they can recommend a cheap brand...

Daycares have to change every 2 hours - it totally bites. I learnt that the hard way too. I even asked them to extend the time changing and they said they couldn't because of the policy.

Wow that is expensive for the budget brand, they are about $4 in Palmy.

thats ridiculous... on an environmental level that sucks, on a monetary level it sucks and on a work load basis that sucks!!!!

Hi, Im the assistant manager of a daycare, our policy is every three hours...more or less often if required. If the childs nappy is dry or only a little wet we will leave it and check again in half an hour.
Two hours is just plain silly!!!
I would ask to speak to the centre manager and ask them to justify it, all centres have to have a complaints procedure displayed, if the manager wont listen, go higher up the ladder.
Parents concerns should be taken seriously... I know I would!
