Ava has reflux and is very very unsettled. Im thinking about trying CranioSacral Therapy for her.

Has anyone else tried this and had good results?

Haven't done that but I have taken the girls to a Cranial Osteopath and brilliant results. Aoife used to 'wheeze' a lot and spill out through her nose while Eimear had very bad wind and developed a preference in one direction with her head.
Both girls have benefited greatly from the appointments.

DS had three sessions when he was about 3 months old, and it made a huge improvement to his wellbeing. His pain seemed to disappear, he settled and slept much better and the amount of spilling reduced a bit (but didn't go away until he started solids at 6 months). I highly recommend it, and will be taking our next bubs along soon after birth regardless of whether they have reflux or not.

The therapy was interesting to watch. She started off with a "rebirthing" kind of thing (said he needed it as he'd made such a quick entry into the world lol). And later on DS cried as if in intense pain for several seconds and I was thinking OMG what is she doing to him? but then suddenly she'd get a "release" and he instantly stopped and was happy as. Whereas at home if he ever cried like that it sometimes took half and hour or more to resettle him. DS also fell asleep during much of the therapy, as it is mainly just really relaxing for them.

BTW, I had craniosacral therapy soon afterwards for my back, which had never been right since I injured it four years ago, and its 100% again now - amazing really. Nothing like physio, you hardly even notice the therapy its so gentle.
