Today I took Kobe to see the animals at willowbank and they have all these ponds everywhere with not to much if any railing around them, anyway Kobe starts running down a reasonable slope and couldnt stop and of course at the bottom is a pond so I had to go racing after him, not an easy task being 6 months preggie and huge. Since then Ive had a pain kind of in my groin area, really low down just to one side and it hurts when I move but also when Im sitting down I get a stabbing pain there every so often. My normal midwife is away at the moment and I dont know the one who is on duty and dont really want to ring her if its nothing, what do you guys think, just a pulled muscle? Its just Ive never had a pulled muscle that gets stabbing pain.

i cant remember if i ever got anything like that with caitlyn but i say if ur concerned ring a nurse or midwife or something...and too bad if they think ur over reacting....ur health and bubbas health is more important than anything they think!

im sure its nothing serious but sometimes its good to make sure for your own piece of mind

Sounds like you could have strained or pulled a ligament/tendon. I hope you feel better soon!

I am having stabbing pains like that at night which seemed to have started after I started doing some big MOVING around the house...... when I try and roll over at night its like the whole of my right side is tearing. So I end up staying on the same side in fear of the PAIN!!

I think its just everything stretching in there altho with your little trip to the Zoo...that could have made it worse!!!
