Ezibuy often have some really nice stuff, and if you can get it online you can normally find some really good deals.
Otherwise there's the normal Farmers, KMart... Warehouse can have some nice stuff in there if you have a good look.

But check out Ezibuys online store definately

Do you sew?  I have my nieces wedding early next year and I've been looking at patterns online and found a beautiful one.  I thought I might run off a dress for the wedding and also get some casual fabric and use the same pattern to make a dress for work.

Mrs Mojo.

I have been looking for a pattern for a preggy dress for a wedding.

What brand and pattern number are you using? I can't find JACK online.

I haven't been able to find any nice 'maternity' patterns either so I'm just going to use a standard pattern and adjust it slightly plus use a fabric with a bit of stretch.

This is the one I'm going to make for my niece's wedding http://www.butterick.com/item/B5212.htm - http://www.butterick.com/item/B5212.htm .  I'm just going to remove the band under the bust so it goes straight to a flowing skirt which should give me a bit more room.

Jo I'd try putting a small (1 inch) band so it still has the visual break. You could even then tie it at the back; ie the front has 3 main parts (bust, stripe and skirt) and the back has one or two (probably just the back is one part). The "tie" would be part of the dress in the front but only go to the side seam - then it would be free-flow.

PP has some nice summer dresses but all of them are $80.

They should have some in Outlet store now for 07 summer line...

Oh I see what you mean...Pagani has really really nice stuff...as in dresses and they are usually fairly priced. You could probably find one for $50 - $60.

My mum is going back to work...I will ask her to have a look at what stock they have in now!!

Jacqui E has a style that i ftiied at 8 months preggy, not the cheepist shop but the dress was one i had purchased before i was pregnant for a wedding so i have had heeps of use out of it, prior to preggy, during preggy and post preggy. Its one of their standard styles and comes in lots of different colors and patterns.

They're both nice, the Maxi dress seems to be back in this summer, I would have thought they'd be great for a preggy belly.
