This week I have been feeling quite horrible, my nausea is back on and off, and I am really tired, I havent been this tired for about 10 weeks or so! Also I have had those tummy cramps which I posted about a while ago...
I read that from week 17 to week 20 the baby has a growth spurt and I am wondering if all this stuff I am feeling is side effects of the growth spurt (esp the tiredness-it is really bad I feel like my eyes are closing at my desk right now) Are these weeks usually quite hard? Did/Does anyone else feel the same? Or am I just run down or something? could be worth getting a check up from your midwife just to be sure you're not lacking in something mrs frantic. maybe bubs is sapping all your iron and you need a supplement? or maybe, like me, you are suffering the effects of low blood pressure. do take it easy anyway, you need to do the best for yourself while you're growing such a precious wee bundle! ------------- Mel, Mummy to E: 6, B: 4 and:
