Hi there,
I am going for my first appointment at Fertility Associates in 2 weeks and was just wondering what kind of things they do at the first visit? we have been TTC #2 for 8 months with no luck and I had blood tests last week which showed that I am not ovulating. DS was conceived after 3 months but we wernt trying.
All feedback/help is greatly appreciated

Welcome to oh baby, Ab-b I can't help you with advice, but Im sure you would find alot of useful information in the infertility thread which is in the infertility section of the forums. There are some really nice girls on here who have been through IVF and Im sure they will pop in soon with some useful info for you
But goodluck with your journey and I hope its a speedy one with a cute little bubba at the end of it

Our first appointment we went over our history, re-did tests and got given lots of info about what was to come. It was very easy and they were all lovely. It's a big step but a good one, good luck.

Thanks for that. I have been given all of the blood test forms to have done before we go so hopefully I get the answers I want. I have been reading up about some of the medication to kick start ovulation and I must say I hate reading the bad stuff! but i guess everything has a plus side and a negative side
