No, definitely not true. What you have to be careful about is the temperature of the water. You'd also have to be careful about baths if you were in labour, your waters had broken and it had been more than 12 hours I think. Otherwise I would say there is no harm in having a bath.

definitely not true, I lived in the bath with my last baby. Make the most of it, it is so relaxing and great watching baby move around. Just watch its not too hot thats all.

hell no definetly not true! as jax said u have to watch the temp thats all...so spa baths not a good idea!
i loved having a bath while preggers -usually the bubba will move all about and you can see it so clearly ....now u know u can, make sure u try it hehe!

Mmmmm baths!! he others have said it all! it's only the temp you have to watch and spas. Mind you I'm not sure how hot is too hot but I've often read that your body will let you know if something is too hot and send up an alarm to get out now!

Baths are fine. My midwife told me no hotter then 37 degrees's but don't quote me on that i'm not 100 % sure off that.

The rule is, if you sweat at all, then it's too hot and will raise your core body temperature, making things dangerous for your unborn baby.
