Vitex stabilises hormones that are out of whack.
So can use after being on the pill or injection to try and correct things, or if you have irregular cycles. Eg... I began TTC without a natural cycle and to begin with had to take Provera to bring on AF. Now all I do is take Vitex for 2 weeks and AF arrives... ------------- Formerly Wishin41 |

I don't think it would hurt, you might benefit from using it... it has lots of positives effects - can help with acne, PMT symptoms etc. ------------- Formerly Wishin41 |
