buy Vitex from? I have been reading that a few of you girls are on it and thought I would give it a go. And does anyone know it is ok to take it while on Clomid? tx

You can get it from any good health shop - but I'd check with your specialist before taking it if you're on Clomid.

Vitex stabilises hormones that are out of whack.
So can use after being on the pill or injection to try and correct things, or if you have irregular cycles.
Eg... I began TTC without a natural cycle and to begin with had to take Provera to bring on AF. Now all I do is take Vitex for 2 weeks and AF arrives...

I don't think it would hurt, you might benefit from using it... it has lots of positives effects - can help with acne, PMT symptoms etc.
