Hubby wants to go an a diet/weightloss programme that incorporates help with producing healthy sperm.
Lost of websites we have been to suggest healthy eat (what exactly is that), and taking lots of vitamins (which we already do). So anything that you have heard or know about promoting a healthy lifestyle for the hubby's swimmers would be great. ok ignore me - can;t find anything that suggested that - BUT did read Vit C and Zinc supplements increase sperm - well Vit c stops them from clumping together
ETA: found it - it was grapefruit juice cause its rich in Vit C ------------- Ann
