HI, I have NO IDEA how to use this forum so I hope this gets to you! I just discovered the Oh Baby site and came across your post re: your upsetting two am surprise and firstly, i hope that it was a one off and you are all better, but if not................during the fourth month of my third pregnancy, (my first girl), i suddenly began vomiting in my sleep with no other symptoms, nausea etc. It didn't happen every night, and, after ALOT of experimenting (no internet or pregnant friends!), discovered that if i slept sitting up it didn't happen! SO......i spent rest of pregnancy sleeping in a lazyboy (M.I.L has one) or propped up against a bunch of pillows in some corner all except one night where i fell asleep on couch and was sick again. .if you haven't a lazyboy, then prop yourself up with lots of pillows on the couch or even on floor as i ended up doing. It didn't take long to actually enjoy my new beds as it got me out of .........(to my husbands dismay) and i felt cocooned and safe!. once again i hope you don't have a repeat performance and if i can offer you further advice on this or anything else, let me know!

Cheers for the advice. I've been propping myself up slightly on pillows but seem to throw them at DH in the middle of the night LOL! I also tried the couch but that flimmin cats wouldnt leave me alone as they thought it was cuddle time.
