Is it too early to buy some swimwear? I'm 15 weeks but already have quite a belly. After that incredibly hot day yesterday I can see myself spending quite a bit of time wallowing in the pool over summer! I might even join a aqua aerobics maternity class. Any suggestions where to buy from?

I just bought a normal 2 piece from the Warehouse. This worked perfectly for me. I think I used it from 15 weeks - 28weeks.

I have been looking for them Mrs B, but they are stupidly expensive. I am going to try the warehouse too.

I got a two piece just recently from JK Kids on sale for $39.95.  The top is a halterneck with flowy loose material around the belly kinda like a baby doll top.

I just bought a 2-piece from Warehouse today, with boyleg pants and a tankini top a size bigger than normal. It's long enough to cover my 24-week bump, and I think it'll last a while.

I hunted every where for some and could only find expensive ones. Both JK kids and PP have stoped doing them this year!!! I tried warehouse but found that even a bigger size wasn't long enogh so invested in some from EGG. I go to Aquanatal as well as swimming at least twice a week so decided was a good investment.

There are some nice speedo one on the internet that are not too expensive but then you can't try before you buy!

Hey Girls I brought a set from JK kids yesterday for $40 on sale (same one as SarahMM I guess) They have them online if you don't have a JK kids store I'm usually a size 12 and fitted the small but all my belly is already quite big it wouldn't have lasted me the whole summer so got the medium instead so it fits fine now but there is plenty of room to grow into it Now to find some aquanatal classes if I'm brave enough....

Anyone in Hamilton do them??

I saw some cool black 2 peices in pumpkin patch over the weekend - from memory were $40 - $50. They had gathered bits on the sides of the tops - so will probably be good for after the baby too!! lol

Speedo do a maternity swimsuit, that you should be able to get from any specialist swimwear shop. You can also order it online from www.zodee.co.nz.

I have the Speedo one that is mentioned, and it is just a one-piece suit with lots of material for the belly area. Very well made.

They do cost about $60, but is worth it if you swim a lot.

KitKat, I have been thinking the same thing. Am hoping that my normal bikini does me for the summer, and just have to hope that other people won't be offended by me showing off bump. Just hopint that the top half of my bikini still fits.
