Are your feet and how tall are you?
Lol weird question combo I know, but I've always had trouble finding shoes to fit because I'm a size 10-11, mostly 11 now (Man I hope my feet have stopped growing  ), long and scrawny, but I'm only 5 "2 - 5"3. When I was in high school and wore tights mixed with the leather school shoes I looked like Minnie Mouse ...skinny stick legs with clown shoes on  .
I read somewhere that Paris Hilton's feet are size 13, I'm sure that must mean she'd have to get her shoes especially made... Sooo any one as weird as me out there, short with clown feet? lol |

I am tall with clown feet and that is just as hard!! I can't buy clothes or shoes!

I'm a size 9, but about 5'6 tall. So probably average. I think I have the biggest feet out of my sisters and they are the same height as me, if not an inch taller. Im short (5ft0) and have tiny feet size 5. I hate it to big for kids to small for adult. I see them around occasionally but most of the time I will buy a size 6 and stuff the toe. -------------

Snap. I'm petite too, 5ft tall and size 5 shoes. A few years ago I had trouble finding shoes to fit too but I've noticed more and more nice shoes come in smaller sizes now. I tend to wear a lot of stilletos and at home I'm nearly always in jandals or ballerina flats so I guess it's easier to find things in my size because of the styles I wear. -------------

I read this and thought OMG why are all your feet so huge, and then I realised you are probably talking in American sizes not UK ones
I'm a 6 in the Uk size, which I think is an 8 in the US sizes. I'm 5'6" -------------

I have small feet - size 6.5 usually, and am about 5'2 or 3.
Rather more rotund than I used to be, but would previously (before child) have been called petite. |

Except my shoe size can sometimes tend towards a size 4, depends on the brand of shoe. I almost always end up buying girls shoes, so I tend to live in flats rather than heels. I also have a nightmare of time shopping for clothes, as I'm also a tiny size 8-10. So anything I see that I like is always too big for me  and I usually end up leaving my shopping excursions in a grump and frustrated  The most annoying thing about being short is finding shorts/trousers/jeans that fit properly - not only do I have to get the hem taken up - it's that they're all so long in the crotch so they look ridiculous. Was made worse when I was pregnant because the waistlines had to sit even lower on my hips, so the crotch was almost at my knees!!!-------------

Yep, I'm an 8 on my bottom 1/2 too (I even managed to buy a pair of maternity style pant in size 8 which are oh so comfy). Luckily my mum taught me how to sew so I can hem my own pants to a good length plus I can happily take in dresses etc to fit me better which is often necessary as I am also a DD cup when not pregnant so wearing size 8 on the top 1/2 is so tight it looks indecent. Maybe we 3 need to do shopping trip together, to somewhere like Singapore where most of the ladies are our size (I have some beautiful shoes from Singapore). -------------

LOL a Singapore shopping excursion sounds like a plan! My SIL has just been living in Singapore for the last 18 months, and the parent-in-laws visited her up there earlier this year. They have all said to me that if I went there to do my clothes and shoe shopping I would think I had died and gone to heaven. Maybe one day...... -------------

Her dad has size 16/17 feet and was never able to get shoes without having to get them ordered in. Infact they werent feet they were flippers! My little guy is already in size 7 shoes, one pair we have is an 8!!!!! (kids 7's i mean)... last summer he was barely a size 4 His feet are flat/wide as well as long in length and fat arches...trying to slip sandals on his feet is a PITA

I am 5ft 9 and have size 9 feet. I have read somewhere that in pregnancy your feet are the only thing that grow and don't go back to their original size. True for me as I was a size 8 before I had the boys and now they are 9's. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
