Hi,
I've been reading Francesca Naish books on natural fertility/conception. One of the things she talks about and uses with her clients is a CD of meditations and visualisation to add to relaxation.

I've been looking for something like this in NZ but can't find anything, has anyone else found one? If so, was it good?
