Well last night we woke up to Alan coughing on entering his room we could see why he was so upset he had been sick all through his bed he has never ever been this sick before. Hubby was fantastic tho he came and got Alan cleaned him up while I did the bed then when Alan wanted me Hubby went and cleaned the carpet then we sat up for 3 hours with our very unhappy boy its so hard watching your baby so sick as I said we have never had this before and I know we have many more year's of it to come, but I never thought Hubby would deal with it better then me I was so upset. He is now sleeping soundly.
My hubby is such a good Daddy!

thats just soooo awesome!!!! we have now had many "sick" times in our house, each one breaks your hearts! there is nothing like having to see our babies/kids suffering, in pain, uncomfortable its neat that your hubby is an awesome support.
im lucky to have an amazing hubby too, in fact he is more than a suport too, he ends up doing most of the work involved in caring for sick ones, cleaning etc... even being the one to stay at hospital the 5 nights last year with my oldest's asthma attacks. its amazing hpow strong he manages to stay, wihle i wuss out a bit and panic!!!

big hugs to you and your family and to your wonderful hubby

that is so cool you have a supportive hubby. Mine is great too, better than me infact and does all the cleaning of vomit because Im always to busy gagging myself. Kobe fell over on the concrete just before and has taken half his finger nail off my poor wee boy. I was a mess but hubby took control and fixed him up while I just sat cuddling Kobe. He keeps telling us how sore his finger is and wont use his sore hand at all and i hate it cos there is nothing I can do but I know it must be so painful.

That's so lovely, you are very lucky to have such a wonderful husband.

I often tell my husband what a great daddy he is, nothing is ever too much to him. In return his little man adores him and it is just melts my heart to see them together sometimes.

I have been down the single parent road too so am able to really appreciate just how lucky I am now. I really don't know how I did it alone and am in awe of you ladies who are single mummy's out there!!!!! A big pat on the back for all you guys

I hope little Alan is feeling better real soon
